What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
The apartment has four rooms, one bathroom with tub, plus one separated toilet. Room number four has a private bathroom with shower and toilet. The extra costs are on average from seventy five to hundred euros/month/room with cleaning service twice a month, internet, common costs and utilities (bills are always according to your consumption). We provide sheets and towels
We rent for six or twelve months fix (August-January, February-July) The security deposit is two months rental fee. One room is maximum for one person, we don't rent to couples. The flatmates will be students.

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
