- After the first month rent, the rent will be paid in Euros directly to the landlord.
- This landlord prefers stays for semesters:

- 1 st September- 30th May
- The landlord will request a copy of your ID or passport, before accepting the booking request.
- The landlord will also require a University acceptance letter.
- A lease contract will be signed after booking acceptance.
