  • Monthly Rent: €399 Paid in cash at the beginning of each month (around the 1st), during a short in-person meeting (approx. 15 minutes). Additional Costs:

  • Care for the apartment as your own — it is well-maintained and regularly renovated to a high standard.
  • The apartment is Airbnb-certified, but has never been used for short-term rentals. It has been kept exclusively for private use to maintain its quality.
