The apartment is a cozy home with five rooms, one couples room and four single rooms. The living room is the center of the apartment and therefore is perfect for gathering housemates for a movie night, chats or board games. The dining room is a large high table located in the kitchen.
This gives it the perfect social atmosphere when preparing food with housemates or when having friends over. There are two bathrooms next to each other, both with a shower. The uniqueness of this apartment is the location as it is right across from the most convenient transportation hub (with metro, S-train, regional train, and buses).

- No check in on weekends or bank holidays, please coordinate with the landlord!
- For all units in Germany, a membership fee of 150€ (one-time payment) needs to be paid directly to the landlord prior to check in.
- Cleaning service: The shared spaces will be cleaned once every 2 weeks + a one-time purchase of linen is included in the room fee (towels, covers, pillow covers).
Please be aware that Spotahome is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. If you would like to reserve this accommodation, you can make a booking request. After the landlord has accepted your booking request, they will send you an invitation to book a call within 1-2 days to discuss the next steps. After the call, you will be able to sign the rental contract digitally and securely. Please be aware that the booking is only complete after the rental contract has been signed and the first payment has been made.
