This bright 2-bedroom apartment on Merrion Road, in the neighbourhood of Merrion, is beautifully decorated and has 2 modern bathrooms. The fully furnished property offers a comfortable living area with a television, a dining area, and well equipped kitchen.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area that is about 25 minutes from the city centre using public transport. The local area is home to sports fields, shops, restaurants, and parks, and you can walk to the beautiful Sandymount beach in just 10 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The dining area has floor-to-ceiling windows with lovely views, creating a bright and relaxing space to enjoy your meals.
- Both bedrooms are nicely decorated and luminous.
- There is a large Tesco supermarket within walking distance.
- You can walk to the area's main road in just 5 minutes.
