- A cleaning fee of €40 will be payable to the Landlord and is not included in the monthly rent. The bedrooms in this apartment come with independent keys for added security. Towels are not provided but bed linen is.

- The deposit must be paid within the given time frame by email and it can be paid with card or bank transfer.
- Online payments will be refunded through the same payment method.
- Refunds will be done within 07 working days from check-out
