There is a room for rent in a lovely 4-bedroom house with garden on Cherry Park, Swords, which has a live-in landlord. Common areas include a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a charming living area with a television and fireplace.
The house is located about 35 minutes away from Dublin City Centre by bus, and a 5-minute drive from Dublin Airport. Swords village is a 15-minute walk away, and offers shops, restaurants and a supermarket.
What we liked the most
- The living area is beautifully decorated and bright.
- The large kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher.
- There is a washing machine and dryer to take care of your laundry.
- The local shops are a 4-minute walk from the house.
