This 4-bedroom house with rooms to rent on St. Ronan’s Crescent is located west of downtown Dublin. The front door opens into a hallway with a staircase on the left that leads to some of the bedrooms. Down the hall, you’ll discover the shared kitchen. The kitchen has a tile floor— it's fully equipped and very big. You certainly won’t lack for counter and cupboard space. You have all the major appliances to cook a meal and there is a washer and dryer on the premises, too. There is also a wall-mounted flat screen TV and the room is furnished with a 6-seat dining table where you can enjoy a meal with other tenants or guests.
Clondalkin is a quiet residential area filled with parks. In fact, you can walk to three of them within 15 minutes. The nearest, which is 10 minutes away, is Rowlagh Park. There are retail and industrial parks nearby, and the Park West Business Campus is southeast of your new home. You’ll have to travel a little farther, but there are a few golf courses in this part of the city. For groceries, you can head over to the SuperValu, which is 10 minutes away. A 20-minute bus ride will take you to the Vue, which is a multiplex cinema at the Liffey Valley shopping center.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
If you’re considering an early exit from your lease, it’s important to let your landlord know 30 days in advance unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Failing to provide this notice means you’re still liable for the rent during that period, even if you’ve moved out.

Before you book, let’s meet your landlady, Helen.
Helen will be sharing the property with you, and would like to know a little bit about you.
So when you are making your booking request, be sure to introduce yourself, your hobbies, and what you will be doing while you’re in Dublin.
It’s as easy as that.
