You will love the patio. It's the perfect place to unwind after a hard day's work. Grab a lounge chair and watch the wind moving the trees. Inspirational.
We think it’s ideal for professionals. Even though Shankill is a bit removed from Central Dublin, you'll still find supermarkets, pharmacies, and everything you need for your day-to-day life.
But you need to know this...
- Shankill is quite far from Dublin's city centre. Time to get your own wheels?
And this...
- You'll be sharing the house with the live-in landlord. Tenants will nothave access to the whole house.
- One of your flatmates is a lovely little dog named Lilly.
- Important: There are no cooking or laundry facilities. Landlord is happy to provide evening meals at a cost of €10-€12 per meal and a breakfast and packed lunch can be provided for €22
- Landlord can take laundry to the local launderette twice a week on the tenant's behalf if needed
