Modern and charming 60 sm basement apartment, located in our historical residenza along the Arno river, in one of the most elegant and safety areas in the center of Florence, just few minutes walking far from Santa Maria Novella and Ponte Vecchio.
It consists in a large sitting area with double sofa bed, dining area with fully equipped kitchen corner, separated bedroom with double bed, small bathroom with shower.
