Comfortable apartment of approximately 50 square meters, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the ground floor of an ancient building, but in good condition. The apartment is located in the Porta Romana-Boboli district (Traffic-Restricted Area), a lively area full of services, a few steps from Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Gardens. The apartment consists of a living room with sofa, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The accommodation is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with sofa, coffee table and bookcase; - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob with 4 burners, fridge with freezer, moka, kettle, oven, microwave oven, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils), dining table, double sofa bed and television; - BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with raised shower box, sink, bidet and toilet; - OUTDOOR DINING AREA furnished with chairs and table.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Florence Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours: - EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00; - EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00; - EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30; All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
