This bright 2-bedroom apartment for rent on Via Quintino Sella is in a quiet part of town. It has a terrific balcony with a street view. The double bedroom also has balcony access, and the twin bedroom is sunny. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious. It’s furnished with a dining table and it includes a washing machine. There is one bathroom with a large shower cabinet.

In Bellariva neighborhood, you’re living close to the Arno River. The heart of Florence is to the west. A bus can get you there in 15 minutes. This is a much more peaceful area. Bellariva Gardens are 10 minutes away. The University of Florence Department of Psychology is nearby. And there are public swimming pools and theaters close to your new home, too.
