Located in the hearth of the historical center of Florence the Art and Luxury Home was created to enjoy unique experiences and accompany our guests through the wonderful Italian and Tuscan culture
The concept is a combination of creativity and elegance and the combination of shades of pastel whites to warm reds gives intense colour effects.
The identity of The Home is visible in the lounge bar designed as a relaxing place, bathed in light from the windows with cosy sofas. A shared well equipped kitchen is available for all guests as well as an outdoor terrace lounge for Spring and Summer.
The Home is ideal for the student or the professional planning to stay 9 to 36 months in the hearth of the historical center of Florence, by the Duomo.
Our rooms all with en suite marble bathrooms are unique and original. Furnished with quality parquet floors, and works of contemporary artists, all rooms are preciously furnished, thanks to ivory, white or anthracite colors that enhance the guests’ senses. Choice of room cleaning service is possible at extra cost.
Each room is decorated with unique decor and photos of Florence from the past. The bathroom have a wonderful shower with rainfall shower head, atmospheric lighting and quality Italian marble.
The exclusive Deluxe rooms are large and luxurious. All have a sitting area with sofa, two balconies and a view the magnificent Florentine roofs. The bathrooms are tastefully furnished, have a spacious shower with rainfall shower head and atmospheric lighting, in addition to being decorated with the finest quality Italian marble.
Average size 24/26 m2 - Rent: from 1200€/month plus utilities
Utilities are upon consumption: roughly €200-250/month/room and include all extra costs like water, electricity, fast wifi and condominium.

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
The safety of our tenants and owners is our priority.
Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

- Proof of solvencyDocuments proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.

If you’re considering an early exit from your lease, it’s important to let your landlord know 30 days in advance unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Failing to provide this notice means you’re still liable for the rent during that period, even if you’ve moved out.
