La stanza è dotata di letto una piazza e mezza, armadio 3 ante, scrivania con portaoggetti, comodino, tendaggi, specchio, libreria, condizionatore e balcone privato. La stanza è particolarmente silenziosa in quanto affaccia sul retro del palazzo, sul verde della corte condominiale; bagno condiviso con 1 solo coinquilino.

APPARTAMENTO

Appartamento di pregio situato al quarto piano con ascensore di palazzo signorile con portinaio, panoramico, luminoso e molto spazioso. 280 mq di superficie. È composto da cucina abitabile con veranda, 3 Bagni ognuno con doccia, e 7 stanze singole. L'appartamento è ottimamente ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre ai nostri studenti, con infissi nuovi, condizionatori o pale al soffitto in ogni stanza, 4 con balcone privato, di cui 3 con bellissimo affaccio sull'Arno. Dotato di WI-FI, lavatrice, cucina attrezzata.

La zona è centralissima e il contesto è comunque tranquillo e molto apprezzato dagli studenti. Zona molto servita, vicina a tutti i principali servizi, come supermercato, fermata dell'autobus, farmacia. A pochi passi dai poli universitari di Scienze della Formazione, Architettura, Lettere, Lingue, e dall'Istituto Europeo di Design...

Tutte le stanze sono moderne, luminose e curate nel minimo dettaglio.

Non sarà richiesta agli inquilini alcuna intestazione di utenze.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
