Five rooms are available in a spacious, 130 m² apartment ideal for students in the Ronda neighbourhood. The apartment is the perfect size for several tenants, complete with modern appliances and a separate laundry area for maximum practicality. There are several places for tenants to spend time together, including the spacious living room and the kitchen. The property has a balcony that is only accessible from bedroom 1.
This property is just 13 minutes from the University of Granada Fuentenueva campus and the area is full of lively restaurants, bars and cafés. Interesting things to do around; visit the iconic Alhambra which is located only 20 minutes away, by bus. From here, you can also explore the rest of the city.
What we liked the most
- All bedrooms have independent keys for maximum security.
- Bathroom 1 has a bathtub - a very luxurious feature for a shared property.
- The property is just 13 minutes from the University of Granada Fuentenueva campus.
- Despite not being in the city centre, there are transport links that provide access to different areas of the city.
