Se alquila habitación luminosa y muy tranquila en vivienda familiar, ideal para estancias temporales de profesionales o estudiantes del PTS, del Parque Tecnológico de la Salud o de la Facultad de Medicina.
La vivienda se encuentra en Ogíjares, un pueblo limítrofe con la ciudad de Granada. Hay carril bici directo hasta Granada y se puede llegar andando al PTS en unos veinticinco minutos. También hay transporte público cada veinticinco minutos en horario laboral. Si dispones de bicicleta o moto, puedes guardarla dentro del portón de la casa.
La habitación dispone de una terraza pequeña que da al interior de la vivienda, ideal para quienes buscan tranquilidad. Tiene una cama en litera, con la zona de estudio en la parte inferior. En las fotos aún se ve en proceso de adecuación, pero se completará con un pequeño sofá y, en la terraza, una mesa con su silla para disfrutar del exterior.
Se entrega con sábanas y toallas, un par de cada una. El baño es compartido.
Vivo en la casa con mis dos hijos, en un entorno tranquilo, familiar y respetuoso. Busco a alguien ordenado, responsable y cuidadoso, que valore la calma y la buena convivencia.
El alquiler incluye el uso del salón, la cocina, así como el uso de la lavadora y la secadora.
