The fully furnished first-floor apartment is located in a great area of the city. The apartment is equipped with a high-quality fitted kitchen, which tempts you to star cooking. The work area is perfectly furnished to ensure professional work. In addition, you will have a space in (hidden)ment room, in which items can be stored that are not used on a daily basis. The balcony can be entered via the kitchen.
The rent is calculated by a room price and a flat-rate price for all external costs as electricity, broadcasting fee, wifi, heating, water of 100€/month. It will be part of the rental contract.
Transport connection: A Bus station is right across the street to bring you to the train station, or you can take a 10 Minute walk to the S-Bahn Hamburg Harburg. The TUH Technical University Hamburg is just 7 minutes away by bike. A supermarket is right across the street.
