Die vollständig möblierte Wohnung besteht aus zwei verbundenen eleganten Wohnräumen mit schönem Stuck, einem Schlafzimmer sowie einem großen Abstellraum.
Aus der voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler, Ceranherd sowie allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien gelangt man auf den neu erstellten Südbalkon.
Die Wohnung wurde vor zwei Jahren saniert. Eine moderne Gasbrennwerttherme wurde eingebaut und sorgt für behagliche Wärme.
Das moderne Bad verfügt über eine Dusche sowie eine Waschmaschine.
Die Wände der hellen Wohnung sind weiß gestrichen. Der Stuck wurde restauriert, und das Bad und alle Zimmer vollständig saniert. Sämtliche Holzelemente wie Türen, Fenster und Brüstungen wurden überarbeitet.
Das neue Doppelbett ist sehr großzügig für zwei Personen, zusätzlich: eine moderne Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer.

Die Wohnung ist durch einen sehr langen Garten von der Straße abgeschirmt
Inmitten von Altbauten und alten Bäumen in Eimsbüttel. Die Sternschanze ist schnell zu Fuß entfernt. U-Bahn-Christuskirche und zahlreiche Buslinien sind fußläufig erreichbar.. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafes und Restaurants in direkter Nähe. Der Kaifu-Kanal, Fitnessstudio, ein großzügiges Schwimmbad - alles um die Ecke.
Eine ruhige Oase im Kiez.
