What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Beautiful and spacious Quinta. If you want the peace and quiet of nature yet the proximity to Lisbon or Sintra, this is the ideal place. We are 15 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from Sintra town and 30 minutes from Lisbon. The house was renovated recently with brand new bathrooms, fresh paint, tile and cork floors. The Quinta is 5000 sqmt but the space is shared with 3 cottages that are currently rented. The main house, however, has a lot of privacy because it sits a the front of the property with a nice front and back yard and the other cottages are way at the back of the lot. The other tenants are very nice and quiet people. In theory everyone shares the pool but only one couple migh use it because the other 2 tenants are elderly.
