This house is a totally refurbished apartment located in its historical heart, Graça, one of the most typical, popular, charismatic and historic districts of Lisbon! The apartment comprises one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, one living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and stove, microwave, laundry machine, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster, iron and ironing board, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer and a large terrace where you can take advantage of the sun and outdoor meals. There is also satellite TV and Wi-Fi as well as basic utensils namely a heater or a fan.
