Ideal para duas a quatro pessoas.
Apartamento com dois quartos e pequeno patio com mesa e cadeiras. Um quarto com cama de casal e outro com duas camas de solteiro (que se podem juntar para se tornar cama de casal). Existe uma secretária para uso individual na casa. Tem máquina de lavar a roupa e estendal.
