Located in Santos, this home offers easy access to a variety of transports, such as the Santos train station, buses and tram stops. Pharmacies, supermarkets are conveniently located nearby, making everyday life more convenient. Close to tourist attractions such as the historic center, museums and clubs. Perfect for students at IADE (10 min walk), Universidade Lusíadas and Belas Artes da Faculdade de Lisboa.
The house itself is spacious and well equipped, with 9 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking meals, such as a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and a washing machine. All bills are included up to 30 euros. Pillows, duvet and bed sheets are not provided.
How does our Reservation Process work:
After booking your room, the landlord will email you requesting necessary documents to prepare your contract. Once submitted and signed, your reservation progresses. Before your stay, you'll be asked to make the final payment for the last month's rent, deposit, and entry fee (if applicable).
Check-In Details: Check-ins are Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, and Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. No check-ins on Sundays and bank holidays.

Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.

- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
