Flat description:

9-bedroom flat on the 1st floor, accommodating couples in three of the rooms. It features 2.5 WCs (one without a shower), with two rooms offering private bathrooms. The flat includes a windowless living room with a TV, a small dining room, and a fully furnished kitchen equipped with a washing machine. Please note that the building does not have a lift and includes a shared terrace. The maximum capacity for this flat is 12 people.

o The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from deposit). o A weekly clean of the common areas is also included in the rent. o We offer bed sheets and towels just as shown in the pictures. o The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with an equivalent replacement. o The rooms are for individual use except if we have a previous agreement. o Visits are allowed but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner. o All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the deposit paid. o Check-in times during business hours are free any other times will have to be accepted by us and there could be a charge. o We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat.
