12 bedroom flat situated on the 2nd floor, featuring 3 WCs. The living room has no windows, but is spacious and furnished with a sofa and television for a good moment of leisure. The kitchen fully furnished and comes equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine.The building includes a lift for convenient access.

o The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from deposit). o A weekly clean of the common areas is also included in the rent. o We offer bed sheets and towels just as shown in the pictures. o The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with an equivalent replacement. o The rooms are for individual use except if we have a previous agreement. o Visits are allowed but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner. o All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the deposit paid. o Check-in times during business hours are free any other times will have to be accepted by us and there could be a charge. o We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat
