Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Although the type of contract is fortnightly, please notice that (as only exception) in December contracts can only end on 31/12.
*Regarding the properties in France managed by this housing provider: CAF assistance can be provided, the amount will depend on the tenant's situation.
