The avenue features a mix of commercial establishments, cafes, and parks. Flat description: This floor has 8 studios fully furnished. Each studio includes a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. On the floor itself there is a dishwasher to share. Please note that the building has a lift for your convenience.
Others: - The rent includes 50€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from deposit). - We offer bed sheets and towels just as shown in the pictures. - The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with an equivalent replacement. - The rooms are for individual use except if we have a previous agreement. - All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the deposit paid. - Check-in times during business hours are free any other times will have to be accepted by us and there could be a charge. - We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat.
