Flat description: 5 bedroom flat on the 6th floor, featuring 1 big WC and one ensuite room with its own private bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished and comes equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, table and chairs for your convenience. The building also has a lift for easy access.

Others: - The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from deposit). - A weekly clean of the common areas is also included in the rent. - We offer bed sheets and towels just as shown in the pictures. - The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with an equivalent replacement. - The rooms are for individual use except if we have a previous agreement. - Visits are allowed but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner. - All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the deposit paid. - Check-in times during business hours are free any other times will have to be accepted by us and there could be a charge. - We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat.
