Bright and beautiful rooms are available to rent in a lovely in apartment located in Avenidas Novas. The apartment consists of a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, 6 bedrooms 1 bathroom and 1 WC. The kitchen is very spacious, bright and comes fully equipped. The living room comes furnished with a sofa, facing the TV. There is also a bright and spacious dining room where you can have your meals.
On Avenida Miguel Bombarda, the apartment is in lively Areeiro. The nearby streets are filled with plenty of shops and restaurants, and about a 10-minute walk away you have a shopping center with department stores and a cinema. You are very well-connected by bus and Metro, making it easy to reach the campuses of Instituto Superior Técnico and Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
What we liked the most
- The dining room is bright and has an amazing view of the park in front.
- You also have a shopping center nearby.
- The location is great for students.
