What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Very comfortable and bright room, equipped with wardrobe and desk.
Very spacious common area, with a large TV. Kitchenette with all the necessary utensils for preparing meals. The house has a washing machine and drying rack, and there is a self-service laundry room on the ground floor. The wifi is excellent. Transport is excellent: the Benfica train station is opposite and there are many buses to key points in the city. The neighborhood is very quiet, and has shops, services and typical food restaurants. Monsanto, the city's great 'lungs', is very close by; you can walk, run, cycle or simply rest.

- There is no heating installed in this apartment.
- Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed and has a modern ensuite bathroom. The bright room also has a desk, a chest of drawers, and an adequate standalone wardrobe for your storage needs.
- Bedroom 2 is comfortably furnished with a double bed, a desk for study, as well as a standalone wardrobe and a chest of drawers for your use. The tenant will have a private bathroom but outside the room.
