There is a room for rent in this cozy 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with live-in landlord on Rua Benguela, in Parede. You'll find a kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm, right down to the pots and pans. There is also an oven and a 4-burner stove, while the tenant has a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.
Although this apartment is a little outside the centre of Lisbon you'll still find plenty of the essentials nearby, including a pharmacy and several restaurants. Why not spend the day at the Praia de Carcavelos beach and then grab a bite to eat at one of the restaurants on the way home.

Things to keep in mind
- This 2nd floor apartment does not have an elevator so you will need to climb a few stairs.
- Pets are welcome, as long as they are small and quiet.
