What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Flat is just renovated. It is rented to Erasmus students or young employees. There is place to park bike, but no parking for a car. No smoking allowed inside. Each has its own box in the kitchen, fridge. Big common area and place to meat each other. There are buses close by, market, small lake... Four km to the center of Ljubljana.
