The first month rent will be completed through Spotahome. The deposit and other payments need to be paid before or at check-in.
THE PRICE GIVEN IN THE HEADLINE IS FOR STANDARD RENTAL – MINIMUM 8 MONTHS.
PRICING IN THE CASE OF A SHORTER RENTAL:
6 – 8 months +20% of a basic price
4 – 5 months +30% of a basic price
2 –3 months +40% of a basic price
1 month +50% of a basic price
*BASIC PRICE is a total of rental price from headline + bills

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
