This modern 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is to rent on Narford Road in Upper Clapton. The bedroom is spacious and bright with a large window and double bed, and is a great space to get some rest. That is, if you can ever leave the stunning, combined kitchen and living room which is well-equipped with modern appliances.
If you're a bit of a shopaholic you can catch the bus to the nearby Tottenham Hale Retail Park and treat yourself to a spot of retail therapy. If you'd rather spend some time outside enjoying the summer weather, Hackney Downs park is just over a 10-minute walk away and The Paddock Community Nature Park is accessible by public transport.
What we liked the most
- The bathroom has a shower over bath, toilet and sink - and as a bonus there's storage space on some shelving.
- The apartment is close to public transport so you can get to the centre of London in around half an hour if you need to.
- There is a wardrobe in the bedroom and a cupboard in the living room so you have some storage for your belongings.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook up a storm including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
Things to keep in mind
- There are stairs within this apartment so it may not be suitable for everyone.
- Although there is a washing machine there is no dryer.
