Located just a short walk from London Bridge station in Southwark, four luminous rooms with central heating and bills included are available for rent, suitable for professionals only. The large, three storey property comes fully furnished- every room features a double bed- and tenants will have access to a washing machine as well as a dryer. This is a perfect choice for those who wish to live close to the Jubilee Line and have easy access to the city centre as well as Stratford, which you can reach in just 30 minutes.

What we liked the most

  • You can reach the London Bridge station in just 15 minutes by foot or 4 minutes with a bus.
  • All bedrooms feature comfortable double beds and large windows, offering plenty of natural light.
  • All bills are included in the rent, perfect for professionals with a budget.

Things to keep in mind

  • The house has a shared bathroom. Bedroom 1 also has its own ensuite.
  • Please note that the kitchen and the living room are located on the first floor. However, we were unable to show them due to construction works currently taking place (January 2015).
