The flat itself is beautifully bright with big windows, a well-equipped kitchen, high ceilings and an en-suite bathroom. Draycott Avenue is located on a quiet street and less than a five minute walk from the Sloane Square Underground.

Living room in the basement is shared with other tenants together with a Laundry room in the building.
