This 44m2 1-bedroom apartment is fully furnished with hardwood floors and large windows that fill it with sunlight. The bedroom is lifted above the living room, which provides a comfortable separation of areas. There is plenty of storage space available in all the rooms from the kitchen to the bathroom. There are AC units available in the property.
Located in Moncloa near the Ciudad Universitaria, the apartment is a great choice for students. This area is filled with international students and provides a multi-cultural selection of restaurants and bars. Its popularity with the student population is probably due to its great prices. The apartment is also a great choice if you're looking to live near Malasaña, but for a better price.
What we liked the most
- The living room is filled with light, thanks to the large windowns.
- The apartment has elegant hardwood floors.
- There is plenty of storage space in the bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen.
- The apartment comes with modern amenities such as AC, a washing machine, and TV.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen only has a 2-burner stove, but a lot of cabinet space.
- There is a small staircase which leads to the bedroom.
