Cuando terminan las escaleras hay un pequeño pasillo con dos puertas: la del apartamento y la de la terraza comunitaria. Cuando abres la de la terraza entras primero a un espacio cerrado con tendederos, ventanales y una puerta de la terraza comunitaria.
