Disfruta de unos días inolvidables en este apartamento-ático, en la 7a planta, acogedor, luminoso y tranquilo en pleno barrio de Chamberí, la zona con más encanto en el centro de Madrid. Recientemente reformado. Tiene 59 m² construidos y 44 m² utiles. Es un edificio construido en 1955 con acabados interiores modernos, con conserje. Tiene mucha luz natural con ventanas a un patio y a la terraza de la comunidad. Cero ruido. ​​​Está totalmente equipado y amueblado para su comodidad. Tiene una habitación con armario, un baño ducha, un salón con sofá cama, Wifi y TV. La cocina es muy amplia con todos los electromésticos necesarios.

Things to keep in mind

El dormitorio tiene un armario no empotrado, una cama con canapé que se puede abrir para guardar, por ejemplo ropa de cama, almohadas o maletas pequeñas. Además un cabecero y dos mesitas auxiliares.

Los dos ascensores del edificio llegan hasta la sexta planta. Después hay que subir unas escaleras amplias hasta la terraza comunitaria. Cuando terminan las escaleras hay un pequeño pasillo con dos puertas: la del apartamento y la de la terraza comunitaria. Cuando abres la de la terraza entras primero a un espacio cerrado con tendederos, ventanales y una puerta de la terraza comunitaria.

How to book
