The booking will not be 100% confirmed until the necessary verifications are completed, including identity verification with Trulioo (the tenant must take a selfie, fill in passport details and send a passport photo).
Accreditation is mandatory for flats in Barcelona and Madrid, for legal reasons. For this, we ask for name, email, phone number, passport number and the signature of the corresponding documents.
Check in and check out information:

- Check in and check out is possible every day without additional costs.
Method of payment: credit card and bank transfer. By stripe.
The fee with concept of "Cleaning Service" must be paid before the check-in.
Registration is not possible.
