Spacious and sunny apartment available to rent in a 70 m² apartment near Chamartín, in El Viso, Madrid. The property has been recently renovated, and it is very spacious with a big interior terrace for tenants to enjoy. The kitchen is large, and it has has a washing machine, an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a large fridge, plenty of storage space and crockery, and a sizable dining area. There are 2 bathrooms in the property, both of which are modern, clean, and well-ventilated.

The El Viso area, which is located just between the Prosperidad and Charmartín neighborhoods, is a quiet but well-connected part of Madrid. Located just 15 minutes by metro from the student friendly Argüelles neighborhood, This is the ideal home base for students, Erasmus, or postgrads looking for a quiet place to study that isn't too far from school.
