A 10mn, está el gran parque del Retiro , la estación de Atocha y la zona comercial. Ideal para estudiantes o trabajadores que necesitan coger tren,pero quieren disfrutar de vivir en el centro.
El apartamento está situado en una calle tranquila detrás de la mundialmente conocida galería de arte moderno, el Museo Reina Sofía (a 2 minutos a pie) , donde podrás disfrutar del Guernica de Picasso y de muchas otras piezas famosas. También está a poca distancia a pie de la estación de tren de Atocha (8 minutos), el Museo del Prado (11 minutos)y el gran parque del Retiro (19 minutos). Los barrios circundantes son Lavapies y el Barrio de las Letras forman parte del casco antiguo de la ciudad. Aunque está a poca distancia de las principales zonas turísticas, el apartamento está en una zona tranquila y segura que lo hace perfecto para viajar con la familia y los niños.
