This 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in the Salamanca district is perfect for an individual or couple. With an area of 36 m², the apartment has a modern and sleek design amplifying the space while keeping it cozy. There is a combined kitchen and living room, allowing you to enjoy some TV while relaxing, cooking, or eating.
On Calle del General Oraá, the apartment is located in the upscale district of Salamanca. This area is know for being home to some of Madrid's best restaurants, so be sure to stop by the bars nearby. There are many small parks as well to give you a breath of fresh air. Getting around the city is no issue with a metro stop nearby and plenty of buses.
What we liked the most
- We love the modern design – all the glass allows the natural light to travel.
- You will be thankful for the AC during Madrid's summer heat.
- Having guests is no problem with the living room sofa bed.
- There is an open standalone wardrobe and chest of drawers in the corridor.
- There is a washing machine – convenient!
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen has no oven, but there is an electric stove and microwave.
- The bedroom is interior and and does not have a window.
