In the day area there is a bright living-dining room with an integrated kitchen, which has all the appliances and utensils necessary for day-to-day living. The night area consists of a double bedroom with wardrobe and a complete bathroom with shower. The flat also has a laundry area, heating and wifi. There is a parking space available for a monthly fee of 50 €. The flat is located in a residential area in one of the most popular and emerging neighbourhoods of Madrid. Full of life and cultural diversity, it is becoming an increasingly sought-after area. Its central axis is located between Puente de Vallecas and Avenida de la Albufera, where you can find small local shops and gastronomic fusion spaces. You can also discover the wonderful Cerro Almodóvar, a natural area with spectacular views of the whole city. The nearest metro stations are Congosto, La Gavia and Villa de Vallecas, 15 minutes walk away, or you can get there with the different bus lines that are close by.
