Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) This cozy 70m² apartment is perfectly equipped with the necessary facilities to enjoy a comfortable stay. The day area consists of a bright and spacious living room where you can enjoy the rest and serenity of its surroundings. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook from the first day of your stay. The night area has two double bedrooms. Both have a double bed and built-in closets. In addition, one of the bedrooms has a practical desk ideal for working or studying. The apartment has heating and wifi. *It has a parking space for a monthly fee of 50 € * Its location is excellent, surrounded by extensive green areas and a few meters from the train station Vicálvaro (C2, C7, Regional), you can enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
