This 1st floor 1-bedroom apartment located on Calle de Modesto Laufente in lmagro and Trafalgar is ideal if you need something big, bright, and with plenty of storage. Each room in this 75 m² apartment is spacious and comes with comfortable furnishings and modern amenities. Tenants will also have access to the large rooftop terrace shared with other residents in the building.
Almagro & Trafalgar is a trendy neighborhood, near some of Madrid's best bars, restaurants, and nightlife options. You are a short walk away from 2 metro stops and the famous Paseo de la Castellana. On the surrounding streets you can find shops, banks, and plenty of restaurants.
What we liked the most
- We love the living room! With a big comfy couch and a flat-screen TV, you may just choose to spend some nights in.
- Every room comes with plenty of storage space.
- The bedroom has a nice courtyard view and is really spacious.
- Have a formal meal in the dining room or a quick breakfast in the kitchen.
