Dispone de cuatro habitaciones y tres cuartos de baño. El apartamento está completamente amueblado y equipado, con lavadora, secadora, cocina, refrigerador, microondas y menaje necesario para que tu estancia en Madrid sea sumamente cómoda.
Se encuentra situado a escasos metros del intercambiador de Plaza Castilla y por tanto te facilitará el transporte para ir a cualquier lugar de la ciudad.

Apartment with 4 spacious rooms available to rent with a balcony near Chamartín in Plaza de Castilla. The property is stylish and large, and it has a bright living room with 2 sofas and a balcony. The kitchen has everything you might need, including an oven, a 4-burner gas stove, a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. There are 2 bathrooms in the property, 1 of which has a big bathtub.
Plaza de Castilla, which is located in the larger Nueva España neighborhood, is a central and well-connected district. Located off Line 1-- which takes you straight into the popular Malasaña neighborhood, the Gran Via, and the Puerta del Sol--, Plaza de Castilla is full of excellent bars, cafes, restaurants, and shops. It's also nearby the Chamartín station, which is ideal for exploring other cities in Spain, points outside of the city of Madrid, or moving around the city with ease.
What we liked the most
- Having 2 bathrooms makes shared living easy and convenient!
- The living room has a large, floor-to-ceiling window. So sunny!
- The property is a short walk from a metro station that takes you into the city center, and it is also nearby the Chamartín station, where you can catch an AVE train to points across Spain.
