A spectacular apartment in one of the most exclusive areas of Madrid, 100 meters from Valdebebas park, could be the one you were looking for your stay in the Spanish capital.

We are talking about an apartment of 156 m2 and 90m2 useful, furnished and equipped, ready to move in.

The day area consists of a spacious living room very well equipped with table for 6 people, premium sofas and 75” TV, it will be the ideal place to feel at home.

Access to its beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking the city and enjoy relaxing evenings or mornings, at its design table for 4 people either with a coffee watching the sunset or a breakfast in the morning.

The kitchen is complete and equipped with top of the line modern appliances. Ideal if cooking is your thing and you want to stand out for your best recipes. Its finishes and storage space will be a plus for your stay. Nearby you have access to the laundry area.

Moving along the floor we have the night area with two bedrooms. The master bedroom is en suite, very bright with a 55” TV. Nearby you have a separate dressing room to store all your belongings and a bathroom with 2 sinks and shower.

The second is single convertible to double, with table and chair if you need to work or study and built-in closet.

Finally a full bathroom with bathtub.

This apartment has underfloor heating, air conditioning ducts, wifi with high speed fiber, storage room and parking space included in the price.

In addition the property includes swimming pool, paddle courts, playground with playground for children and gym.

Booking Information

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

It is necessary to prove the temporary nature of the stay with documentation (remote work for a limited time, work with a start and end date, studies, renovations in a habitual residence, tourism, medical treatment)

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.
  • Bills: A fixed consumption fee is paid each month. At the end of the stay, bills will be adjusted based on actual consumption if there has been excessive consumption.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.
  • Payments must be received before the 5th of each month.

  • Check-in Times:
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Out-of-hours check-in: €30
    • Check-in between 10:00 PM and 08:30 AM: 50€, always subject to availability.
  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Overnight guests: Permitted on an occasional basis, without additional costs. Subletting is strictly prohibited.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.
  • Your landlord does not live on the property.
  • Your landlord speaks spanish, english, french and italian.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
