The terrace overlooks a very bright building courtyard.
Ideal for young workers and students.
It is located in the neighborhood of Pacifico next to Doctor Esquerdo street and Avenida Ciudad Barcelona which makes it have all the necessary services such as pharmacies, stores, markets.
In addition to being perfectly connected with line 1 (metro Pacifico) just 3 minutes walk, close to several bus lines. 15 minutes from Atocha Renfe and 10 minutes from Retiro Park.
