Parada de metro Bilbao, a escasos minutos a pie.
Duplex luminoso, muy cuidado y reformado, con capacidad para dos personas. Arriba está la habitación con cama matrimonial, baño completo con ducha y dos armarios. Abajo el salón comedor, con cociina y barra americana. Y un aseo. Tiene A/C de frio y de calor.
