This beautiful and bright apartment has a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is near the entrance and it's fully equipped with a counter top for both cooking and eating, a microwave, induction cooking surface and a fridge. Plus, there's a washing machine and drying rack for the kitchenware that's tucked away to maximize storage space. The living room has a modern look to it with a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV and a chest of drawers where you can use as extra storage for your bedroom or space for your awesome DVD collection or sports equipment. The extra storage, natural light and quiet atmosphere will make it easy to picture yourself in this space.
This property is located in the heart of Salamanca and you will be surrounded by many boutiques, fashion brands and fine dining. The neighborhood is quiet on Sundays but during the week and weeknights, it's the place to be if you enjoy the finer things in life and socializing with friends. You'll find trendy shops, cafés, restaurants, bars and even an open market all minutes away from your doorstep. And of course, you will be minutes away from Retiro Park where you can go to relax, go running or go for a leisurely stroll.

- It's in a trendy area of the city and it's very well-connected.
- There is plenty of storage space in the entire apartment.
- The apartment is very bright with lots of natural light.
- The bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom which will give you more privacy.
