This apartment stands out for its spaciousness, natural light, and ideal layout for both relaxing and teleworking. The living area consists of a large and bright living-dining room with a sofa, television, a dining area for four, and direct access to a pleasant balcony with a table and chairs, from which you can enjoy open views of the city. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room and has a bar, plenty of storage, and all the necessary appliances.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: the main one is double, exterior, very bright, and with built-in wardrobes; the second is also double and is equipped with a desk and chair, ideal for studying or working; and the third is single, also with a desk. The bathroom is complete, with a shower and a functional and modern design.
Located in the San Blas - Canillejas district, a quiet but well-equipped residential area, the apartment is close to the Las Rosas Shopping Center, where there are supermarkets, shops and dining options.
